Can you manage a website you didn't build?
Yes. We take on any WordPress, static, or hand-coded site regardless of who built it. We start with a free technical audit so you know exactly what state your site is in before you commit.
What if I need work that goes beyond my plan?
Anything beyond your monthly allowance is quoted separately and clearly. No surprise invoices. New pages, major redesigns, or complex integrations are handled as a separate project with a fixed quote before we start.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice. We also offer a 30-day money back guarantee on your first month.
How fast do you respond?
Care: within 2 business days. Care Plus: within 24 hours. Care Pro: 4-hour emergency SLA and same-day for non-emergencies.
Do you include hosting?
Hosting is optional and priced separately based on your traffic. Most clients keep their existing hosting and we manage on top of it. If you want us to host, we can quote a bundle.
What does "small edits" mean?
Text updates, image swaps, adding a testimonial, updating prices, changing a phone number, fixing typos. Anything under 30 minutes for Care, up to 2 hours per month on Care Plus, up to 4 hours of dev time on Care Pro.
